"To ask the Manager to provide lifebuoys on Strand Road, Sutton?"
Reply:
There are six posts to hold ring buoys on the walkway from Baldoyle Church to the Dart crossing. Three of the ring buoys were removed because of constant theft and damage to them. During the summer months the three will be re-installed. Due to the limited activity in water at this time of the year it is not considered necessary to increase the number from the existing three in place.
